  The hotel and Panche restaurant were both very high quality. I had asked for an upgrade from Luxery King and received a room with a terrace over-looking the St Lawrence River. Incredible views where we would enjoy our coffee/tea before exploring everything that Quebec has to offer.

  Was disappointed in size and layout of the room. When looking for a room with a sitting area, the sofa squeezed in at the side of the bed was inapporpriate. I would check for alternatives in the future.

  Auberge Saint-Antoine was in a great location with excellent facilities. Our room overlooked the quiet courtyard. Excellent bathroom with double sinks and great rain shower. It was a few minutes walk from a number of great restaurants and easy to reach the old town of Quebec also. Excellent service from the hotel staff.

  The hotel is wonderfully quiet, and works very hard at fostering a serenity and peacefulness, which, combined with the hotel's historical setting, makes for a wonderful overall experience and escape from the bustle of our daily lives. The hotel's restaurant, Panache, is excellent. We had three exceptional meals.

  We prefer a hard mattress, and so we did not care for the soft "pillow top" on the mattress. We also learned that a chemical is sprayed on the duvet cover to remove wrinkles, and would prefer a "greener" approach be taken by the hotel.

  The Auberge is beautiful,very well situated and the staff is absolutely wonderful. From the hotel, you can walk everywhere: no need to take the car. You are close to restaurants and shopping. Lots of things to visit.

  Our stay at this hotel was just exceptional. From Martin, the front desk manager to David who helped us with our bags, staff made certain that our stay responded to all our needs and wishes. Service, helpfulness, the spa experience (a must!) were all excellent. What's more, this hotel couldn't be better located in the port area, steps away from the lovely and historic old town, art galleries, outdoor bistros and the wonderful port itself. For those wanting to be charmed by a truly superb gastronomical, romantic, and generous Quebec experience, this Relais and Chateau can't be outdone. We only look forward to our next stay.

  beautiful hotel, wonderful location, fabulous staff. Overall, amazing experience. Charming and beautifully appointed rooms, comfortable bed, clean and tidy hotel. The central location, while being in the quiet and serene lower town makes this a big plus too.

  This hotel was wonderful;close to many fine restaurants and places to see, it was unique in that each room was differentand that they had integrated artifacts into the hotel. Felt like a museum.Great value ;would definitely stay there again. Staff made you feel like you were pary of the family.

  The staff was very helpful. We had to check out early because of a birth in the family and the staff was more than accomodating. I liked having free wireless internet access.

  The room and bed were on the smaller side. The bed was not as comfortable as I expected it to be.

  The staff were friendly, and the location was excellent. We were able to walk from the train station, and to the old city. There are lots to see within minutes of walking from the hotel.
